Nairobi, Kenya (5th Nov 2010) – Ecotech, the engineering design and project management consultancy is pleased to announce that once again it has been appointed by Al-Bushra Properties Ltd to help with the design and delivery of its two high profile new conference facilities project in Nairobi, Kenya.
The project encompasses two new modern conference facilities, which form the 1st phase in Medina Mall and the 2nd phase in Royal Plaza Hotel, each will have a spacious prayer hall, ablution area and additional facilities include a production kitchen capable of over 250 meals per day for conference delegates. The two multi-purpose halls will allow both Medina Mall and Royal Plaza Hotel to cater for a business conferences size between 250 – 300 delegates.
As engineering design and project managers, Ecotech led the whole design team developing proposals and addressing the key issues of the project from their inception to their completion, Ecotech project team has been working with Al-Bushra Properties Ltd on an outline design for the two new conference facilities and have masterfully considered every eventuality of the future capacity of the conference centres. The project is scheduled to commence on site in mid Nov 2010 and will be completed at the first quarter of 2011
The proposed conference facilities will ensure that the both Medina Mall and Royal Plaza Hotel retains its position as a premier destination for business conferences and events. The initiative is that the new development will become a meeting-place – a forum for business executives and conferences as well as a civic hub with a busy programme of presentations.
