Nairobi, Kenya (03rd Feb 2011) – Ecotech, the engineering design and project management consultancy has expanded its operations in East Africa region by opening its first Kampala office in Uganda. Ecotech has challenging targets for growth and our prospect (2011-12) business plan is to expand in to the entire East African countries market.
The company, which has strong expertise in affordable housing, commercial, energy, education, health care, hotel & leisure, residential, project management, and waste water treatment sectors, has moved into Kampala following growth of the business in the East Africa region. Our spread of work for both public and private sector clients is well balanced and extensive.
Ecotech is currently working on the bidding documents on the first of two contracts; the first project is a major development project comprises the construction of 12 new three bedroom luxury residential apartments and 6 new five bedroom luxury villas with parking for two cars and servant quarter. A team of multi-skilled professionals, headed up by project team leader are now based at the new office in Kampala city.
